How many times do we look to see what our partner, spouse, daughter, son are doing/not doing? How many times do we get on their case? We all have moments of weakness, darkness, fears, sadness. So why is it so difficult to give the same compassion to those we love as we demand and expect from our closest friends? When someone you love is struggling, the most healing thing you could do (for them and you) is to be a friend. Sending loving/healing thoughts for whatever they need is another powerful mover.
Stop blaming others for the way you feel. It is energy draining and disempowering. There is much to be thankful for. Focus on the riches of your heart and learn to embrace it all, for WE are all of that and more.
