Perseverance to Inner Growth

What are you most proud of in your life?

In 1994, after another crisis was brought on by drinking, I made the decision to quit one day (or one minute) at a time. I acknowledged my need for support and continued to actively participate.

I walked through depression, anxiety and faced my demons.

I learned how to break patterns, listen within, and do what’s best for me.

I also listened to others (when it felt right) because I knew the universe speaks to us in various ways.

I learned how to think for myself and show up to my life.

I faced my fears and did it anyway.

My passion became learning, studying and practicing all I was learning so I could become the best version of myself.

I am forever grateful for the gifts I have received:  family, friends, good health, peace, love and life. And it started with that one choice.

It never ends and it’s been a wicked awesome ride! 💜

What about you? What are you most proud of?
