Just for today do the opposite of what you would normally do. If it is common to get frustrated when a sudden change happens, try laughing instead. If it is common to start gossiping about another because it makes you feel better about yourself, try sending love to that person instead. If you usually come home full of complaint and notice what is wrong, see all of the good intentions of others instead. Just for today, try a new behavior. You might surprise yourself. You might feel more free and liberated instead of bitter and angry. Just for today.
