Have you ever noticed that when you are most judgmental, non-forgiving and blaming, it is because you are simply unhappy? And why are you unhappy? Is it because you are living inauthentically? When you return those blaming and pointing fingers back to yourself, you begin the process of asking yourself the tough questions. Who am I? What do I want? If you still have no idea…picture a time when you were very young and happy. What were you doing and why did you feel so good? What made it enjoyable and fun? When answers start to come, and they will if you affirm that they will, you may notice an excitement that had been lacking. Stay with it! You may even notice more compassion to others as you are no longer using them as a distraction….
