Be Present

A month ago, I looked at all of my problems, issues, and the anger continued to build.

When I picked up an Eckhart Tolle book and started really practicing the tools, I looked at my problems with full acceptance, then burst out laughing!

I had an immediate release and the words “it is what it is” came to mind. It allowed me to focus my energy elsewhere. I noticed I started to be more creative, accepting and loving.

So whenever I get caught up in those worrying and annoying thoughts (because they are JUST thoughts) I say “I’m here,” or something to that effect and I get back to living, experiencing.

After all, I believe one reason we are here, on this Earth, is to experience life.
